Burn Stabilization Course
Our Burn Center offers American Burn Association certification courses for those interested in the immediate treatment of burn injuries. Instructors are trained to provide best practices and critical knowledge when seconds matter.
This course focuses on burn injury neutralization for emergency department personnel. Continuing Medical Education (CME) units are available for nurses who complete the course. The training includes two hours of instructional time, focusing mainly on burn patient initial stabilization and management before transfer.
