St. Francis Cardiac Rehabilitation

Our medically supervised program helps patients recover quickly and provides resources and education to prevent future heart issues.

• Our program will typically last 6-12 weeks (18-36 sessions; two to three times a week)
• All patients in the program will be placed on a heart monitor during all exercises. Sessions will last approximately one hour.
• All patients must have a physician referral to be admitted into the program. If you have any questions, please contact us. We are happy to help you by answering any questions, and if needed, contact your physician to see about your eligibility.
