FMOL Health Earns Gallup Exceptional Workplace Awards for Both Engagement and Strengths-Based Culture

March 04, 2026

Baton Rouge, LA – FMOL Health is proud to announce it has been honored by Gallup with two top distinctions: the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for engagement and the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for strengths-based culture. These honors recognize organizations that build deeply engaged teams and intentionally integrate strengths development into leadership and workplace practices. Together, they represent Gallup’s highest level of recognition for organizations committed to building a thriving workplace culture and exceptional, people‑centered environments.

Gallup evaluates organizations using decades of research-backed metrics on engagement, leadership effectiveness, and strengths-based performance. Recipients of the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award demonstrate world-class engagement and create environments where team members feel valued, supported, and connected to their mission.

“Over the past year, our team members have demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism and a deep commitment to our mission. Every individual within our organization plays a vital role in our success, and these Gallup recognitions affirm the strength of their contributions,” said E.J. Kuiper, FMOL Health President and CEO. “When we invest in our people, elevate their voices, and support their growth, we reinforce a culture where engagement thrives and excellence becomes possible. I am incredibly proud of the remarkable work taking place across our ministry and look forward to continuing this work together.”

FMOL Health’s sustained investment in leadership development, strengths-based coaching, and engagement-focused initiatives reflect the same priorities shared by recent Gallup honorees.

“Our people are what set us apart,” said Jennifer Trahan, chief human resource officer of FMOL Health. “It’s deeply important that the investments we make in our leaders and team members empower them to do what they do best, help them to reach their full professional potential and provide exceptional, compassionate care to the communities we serve.”

With these two recognitions, FMOL Health reaffirms its commitment to fostering an environment where every team member feels valued, empowered, and equipped to thrive — both in their work and in service to the communities the ministry serves.
