FMOL Health Recognized on Forbes America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025 List

Baton Rouge, LA – FMOL Health (previously known as Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System) has been recognized on the Forbes list of America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025. This prestigious award is given to those employers who scored highest in workplace culture, wage parity, career advancement opportunities, and employer responsiveness.

Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025 through an independent survey from a vast sample of over 160,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people within the U.S. Over 2 million employer evaluations were considered. The final score is based on two types of evaluations- personal employee evaluations and public evaluations within the healthcare industry. Based on the results of the study, Forbes announced FMOL Health was one of America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2025. The award list was announced earlier this fall and can be viewed on Forbes website.
