FMOL Health Recognized on Forbes America’s Best-In-State Employers 2026 List
August 17, 2026
Baton Rouge, LA. — FMOL Health has been named to the Forbes America’s Best-In-State Employers 2026 list for the third year in a row, a recognition that highlights employers who stand out in workplace culture, wage parity, career advancement opportunities and employer responsiveness.
America’s Best-In-State Employers 2026 were identified based on an independent survey of more than 245,000 employees working for companies with at least 500 workers. More than 2 million employer evaluations were considered. The final score was based on two types of evaluations: personal employee evaluations and public evaluations within the healthcare industry.
“What makes this recognition meaningful is that it reflects how our team members experience our ministry every day,” said E.J. Kuiper, president and chief executive officer of FMOL Health. “We are deeply committed to creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and able to do their best work. That means investing in our team members, developing leaders who are accountable for the experience of their teams and listening closely to feedback so we can act on what we hear. Building a strong culture takes sustained commitment, and I’m grateful for the way our leaders and team members continue to strengthen our ministry together.”
This recognition builds on another strong year for FMOL Health. The organization has also earned Great Place to Work Certification, received Gallup’s Exceptional Workplace Awards for both Workforce Engagement and Strengths-Based Culture, and was again named to Becker’s Healthcare’s Top Places to Work in Healthcare list in 2026. Together, these honors reflect FMOL Health’s ongoing commitment to creating a culture where team members feel valued, supported and connected to purpose.
“At the heart of this recognition are our people,” said Jennifer Trahan, senior vice president and chief human resources officer of FMOL Health. “We are grateful to our team members for the dedication, talent and compassion they bring to this ministry every day. Their feedback helps us continue building a workplace here people can thrive, feel supported and do meaningful work in service of others.”
More than an award, this recognition is a celebration of the people who make FMOL Health what it is — a mission-driven ministry where compassion, excellence and service shape the experience of both team members and the communities we serve.
