Advocacy Department

Advocates help ensure patients have a satisfactory hospital stay, promoting the respect and dignity of patients, and educating patients about the changing healthcare environment. They assist patients in understanding patient rights and responsibilities and provide an avenue through which a patient may voice a concern, suggestion, problem or complaint with assurance it will be addressed and, when possible, resolved. If you have questions, concerns, compliments and/or suggestions, you may contact your Advocate by calling (337) 470-2810, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. After hours, the nursing supervisor can be reached by dialing "0" for the operator.

Parking at Our Hospitals 

Patient and guest parking is located in the lots in front of the main entrances to all three of our hospital campuses. 

Spiritual Support

Providing spiritual support for patients and their families is a big part of who we are and the care we provide at Our Lady of Lourdes Health. As part of a Catholic health system, our team members are called to serve in a healing ministry of Jesus Christ. As such, our team is always available to pray with you and your loved ones—regardless of religious affiliation.

We also offer spiritual support through our Pastoral Care team, which includes priests, Sisters, deacons and Christian laity who will visit with you during your stay in the hospital. Simply call (337) 470-2196 or tell your nurse that you would welcome a visit from our Pastoral Care team.

Caroline & Company at Our Lady of Lourdes

Located in the main lobby, Caroline & Company has a vast assortment of gifts, home decor, accessories, baby gifts, religious gifts and more. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Caroline & Company gladly takes phone calls and delivers gifts to patients’ rooms at no charge. Call (337) 470-2800 to have a gift delivered to a room during operating hours. The gift shop also offers complimentary gift wrapping!

In addition, our St. Agnes of Assisi Chapel on the first floor in the main lobby of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center is always open to patients and their loved ones for quiet prayer and meditation. Mass is celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Sunday to Friday in the St. Agnes of Assisi Chapel for those who wish to attend services. No mass is held on Saturday.
