Baton Rouge, LA - Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOLHS) proudly announces the publication of its second Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Impact Report. This comprehensive report highlights the tangible outcomes of the organization's unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of belonging and equity.

The DEI Impact Report serves as a testament to FMOLHS's dedication to creating an inclusive environment where all individuals, regardless of their background, feel valued and respected. Through various initiatives and programs, FMOLHS has made significant strides in promoting diversity and equity within its workforce and the communities it serves.
Key highlights from the report include:
- Workforce Diversity: FMOLHS's targeted recruitment strategies have enhanced diversity across all levels, with the percentage of minority team members increasing from 38.7% to 42.4%.
- Training and Development: FMOLHS invests in DEI training, achieving nearly 100% participation among leaders and team members. Initiatives extend through new leader orientation and inclusive patient care training.
- Community Engagement: FMOLHS actively participates in community initiatives, investing over $3.5 million in community benefit. Impacting more than 123,000 individuals, efforts address healthcare disparities and promote health equity.
- Future Commitments: FMOLHS outlines ongoing DEI commitments, providing a roadmap for continued progress and accountability.
