“It has been an honor to serve the North Louisiana region and work alongside incredible colleagues committed to improving health outcomes and carrying on the healing ministry established by the founding Sisters over 113 years ago,” said Thomas Gullatt, M.D., President, St. Francis Health. “I am proud of what we have achieved together and look forward to supporting Jeremy and our team throughout this transition. Our shared purpose will drive FMOL Health’s continued success.”

To ensure continuity and stability, FMOL Health has implemented an extended and thoughtful transition period. Dr. Gullatt will remain actively engaged in the search for his replacement and as President of St. Francis Health through January 2027. While serving as Regional President, Jeremy will continue in his role as President of St. Dominic Health, bringing his strategic oversight to Monroe and Jackson while maintaining a strong presence in both communities.
