FMOL Health | St. Dominic Foundation Announces Deborah Vaughn as New Executive Director

JACKSON, Miss. — FMOL Health | St. Dominic is pleased to announce the appointment of Deborah Vaughn as Executive Director of the FMOL Health | St. Dominic Foundation, effective June 1, 2026.
“Deborah brings a combination of deep fundraising expertise and longstanding relationships within the Jackson community,” said Jeremy Tinnerello, Regional President, FMOL Health | St. Dominic and FMOL Health | St. Francis. “Those connections, paired with her strategic experience and abilities, position the FMOL Health | St. Dominic Foundation to continue strengthening the impact we make for our patients and families every day.”
In this role, Vaughn will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Foundation, advancing philanthropic efforts that support the organization’s mission of providing compassionate, faith-based care to the Jackson community and surrounding areas.
Prior to joining FMOL Health | St. Dominic, Vaughn held senior philanthropic leadership roles in academia and healthcare, including University of Mississippi/UM Medical Center, Vanderbilt University and Mississippi State University. Her deep experience in advancing donor engagement, major and principal giving and long-range development planning, coupled with her strong understanding of community-driven philanthropy, positions the Foundation for continued momentum and growth.

Vaughn joins St. Dominic at an exciting time for the Foundation, as it continues to support initiatives that enhance patient care, expand access to services and strengthen community partnerships across Mississippi. She succeeds Kay McRee, whose leadership helped shape the Foundation’s growth and impact.
As Executive Director, Vaughn will work closely with St. Dominic leadership, the Foundation Board of Directors and FMOL Health’s system philanthropy team to advance donor engagement, major giving initiatives and long-term strategic goals.
