Cost for Self-Pay Patients

Whether you have insurance or not, we’re committed to making healthcare accessible to everyone in the communities we're privileged to serve.

$75 covers non-provider visits for X-ray or in-house lab orders only

$170 covers most services* during a provider visit, such as:

• Laceration repair 
• Foreign body removal 
• Wound care 
• In-house labs 
• In-house medication 
• X-ray 
• Durable medical equipment (crutches, preformed splints and orthopedic boots) 
• Simple injury  

*The following services are available at an additional cost: vaccines, school & sports physicals/testing, work physicals/testing, substance testing, hydration therapy, weight loss management and outside labs.
