Our team’s goal is to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. If you encounter an issue while at any of our hospitals, please share it with a hospital team member so it can be addressed promptly and to your satisfaction.
In addition to in-room resources, we also have a Patient Advocate. Advocates help ensure patients have satisfactory hospital stays, promote the respect and dignity of patients, and educate patients about the changing healthcare environment. They assist patients in understanding patient rights and responsibilities and provide an avenue through which a patient may voice a concern, suggestion, problem or complaint with assurance it will be addressed and, when possible, resolved.
