The Pediatric Residency Program at Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital in Baton Rouge is part of a vibrant and growing health system in Louisiana, and we are deeply rooted in our mission to serve those most in need.

Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital serves children across the Gulf South, and our family atmosphere is woven into all we do: provider wellness, individualized mentorship, quality care and more. We create an exciting learning environment through diverse didactic curricula, simulation and procedural skills, and the development of scholarly projects and quality improvement activities.

As part of a faith-based organization, we are constantly seeking opportunities to better serve our learners, our faculty and our patients. Our engagement with the communities in which we live and serve is at the heart of our clinical learning environment and form the foundation of our educational and advocacy outreach programs.
