All nursing research activities are reviewed and approved by the Nursing Research Council, with oversight provided by the Chief Nursing Officer, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, ethical standards and regulatory requirements. This structured governance supports a strong culture of inquiry while maintaining rigor, accountability and patient-centered focus.
