Pediatric Cancer Care

Pediatric oncology refers to the diagnosis, treatment and management of leukemia, lymphoma, brain tumors, solid tumors and other cancers affecting children up to age 17. Our knowledgeable team is experienced in caring for the unique healthcare needs of children at any age in treatment for all forms of pediatric cancer.

Through our affiliation with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, we offer state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatment to children with cancer. We rely on effective chemotherapy, biological therapy and molecularly targeted therapies, as well as access to Phase I and II therapies at the forefront of medical development. Collaborating with researchers at St. Jude, our hematologist-oncologists have access to world class expertise, state-of-the-art cancer research and treatment protocols.

Many of these advances were earned through cooperative study. When our patients participate in studies, they do so in an environment that is familiar and convenient to them. The marriage of uncompromising care with the warmth of a small community deeply attached to each young patient make this clinic a truly wonderful place.
