Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment

It’s that time of year again! From October 31 to November 14, 2025, team members can enroll, re-enroll or make changes to their 2026 employee benefits during the annual Open Enrollment period. There are no exceptions if you miss the deadline for enrollment.

New This Year: Passive Enrollment

This year’s Open Enrollment will be passive, which means your current benefits will automatically roll over for 2026 unless you make a change. You’ll have the option to review or update your benefits between October 31 and November 14. If you don’t take any action, your 2025 elections will continue into 2026, even if coverage or premiums change.

Action is required if:

  • You wish to change your benefits for 2026.
  • If you are making changes for 2026, you must verify any new or previously unverified dependents by the November 14 deadline to ensure their coverage. Learn more by clicking here. You must designate your spouse and/or dependents under each Group Spouse and Dependent Life Insurance Plans.

Exceptions:

  • If enrolling in the FSA Plan, you must actively enroll each year, per IRS regulations. Your current election will not roll over.
  • Team members applying for Just Premium or selected for a Full-Time No Benefit position must re-apply to be considered for the benefit in 2026.
