Open Enrollment

It’s that time of year again! All team members must enroll, re-enroll or make changes to your employee benefits for 2024 during the annual open enrollment period from November 1 – November 15, 2023.*

*There are no exceptions if you miss the deadline for enrollment.

Your Action is Required: 

  • You must take action by November 15:  Even if you decide to make no changes and continue your core benefits as they are, you are required to re-enroll to maintain coverage.
  • If you do not re-enroll, your benefits will terminate on December 31, 2023. You must opt out of benefits if you choose not to participate in the benefits plan.
  • You must verify any new or previously unverified dependents by the November 15 deadline to ensure their coverage. Learn more by clicking here.

Virtual Benefits Fair

To assist you in the decision-making process, we will be hosting a Virtual Benefits Fair (VBF) that will allow you to learn about all our benefits offerings in an interactive setting. The VBF will go live on October 2nd and remain open throughout the Open Enrollment period. If you visit five booths, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win prizes.
