As a team, we’re committed to compassionate, high-quality care, always putting our patients first. Through our healing ministry of healthcare, we change lives — together.

Team Member Giving is our annual campaign where we come together once more to lend support to FMOL Health | Our Lady of the Lake. From new equipment to enhanced services, your gift makes a difference. Since 2016, team members have pledged over $1 million. Join us this year in honoring the care we give and the commitment we share!

Gifts to the OLOL Fund provide hospital leadership with the flexibility to meet the changing needs of our patients and staff, react to unforeseen challenges and pursue opportunities that lie on the horizon.

Give 5!

Team members who give an ongoing gift of $5 or more per pay period will receive a T-shirt that has been approved to wear onsite. Plus, all who participate will be entered to win two tickets to an LSU home football game.

Since 2016, team members have pledged over $1 Million in support of:

NEW! The K9 Security program at the Regional Medical Center and Children’s Hospital which provides a new level of security for patients and team members.
NEW! A blood dispensing machine for the trauma department at the Regional Medical Center. This machine will provide clinicians with safe, fast access to blood products where and when they are needed to provide life-saving care.
Expansion of the Music Therapy program including the purchase of two player pianos for patients, team members, and guests to enjoy as well as resources needed to hire an additional Music Therapist, and the equipment needed to support that role. NEW! The Music Therapy team has begun visiting Children’s Hospital patients and a third piano will be purchased for Ollie Steele Nursing Facility.
The Clinical Research Team with the purchase of iPads used to more effectively conduct research trials with patients and a -20 freezer used to hold specimens
FranU student scholarships to bolster the next generation of healthcare professionals
The Graduate Medical Education (GME) department through redesigned workspaces and educational tools
The Adult and Pediatric Palliative Care patients and families through personalized items of comfort, ceremonies of remembrance, and continuing education for team members
ALS Clinic patients and families through educational materials and improved clinic spaces
Colorful MRI, CT, and Prep Room wraps that aid in the distraction of pediatric patients
An Infant Transport Sled for the Pediatric Transport Team to safely and securely transport infants across the state and beyond

Why participate in Team Member Giving?

Team Member Giving is our annual campaign where we come together to lend support to areas of our health system. From helping to build the children’s hospital to providing lifesaving equipment to furthering education and training for departments, the campaign makes a significant impact each year. Proudly, team members have pledged more than $1 million in support since 2016.
How do I sign up?

Click Payroll Deduction Sign Up or Credit Card Payment to give a gift through payroll deduction or by credit card.
When will my deduction begin?

Your donation will be deducted from the first or second payroll cycle after you sign up.
When is the deadline to sign up?

This year’s campaign is open from August 12- September 2. Team members can access their giving in Oracle at any time throughout the year on the Manage Personal Contributions tab.
Are there incentives for giving during this year's campaign?

Team members who give an ongoing gift of $5 or more per pay period will receive a T-shirt through payroll deduction that has been approved to wear onsite Friday through Sunday. Plus, all who participate will be entered to win two tickets to an LSU home football game.
When will I receive my T-shirt for donating?

Team members will receive their T-shirt for giving an ongoing $5 or more per pay period gift through payroll deduction or an equal one time gift after the campaign ends. We order the t-shirts after the campaign ends so that we know what sizes are needed. T-shirts will be unisex sizing.
Are my deductions tax deductible?

Yes. You will receive a tax letter from Our Lady of the Lake Foundation in January for the previous calendar year’s giving.
What if I'm already donating through payroll deduction?

Team members who have an ongoing deduction to Our Lady of the Lake Foundation in Oracle do not need to sign up again this year. Instructions to manage your contributions can be viewed here.
